GlamLuxury Yaki Collection is 100% human and comes in multiple colors. It can be curled, crimped, pressed or styled as desired. The longest length this comes in is 20 inches and straight texture only.

GlamLuxury Premium Virgin Hair collection comes in a natural off black/dark brown color only. It can be colored up to level 30, sewn in and used more than once with proper naintenance and care. The longest length it comes in is 24 inches. It can be purchased in body wave or straight.

What is your order processing time?
All orders require 5-7 business days for processing before shipping. Business days are Monday through Friday only. Orders placed on weekends/holidays will begin processing the following business day.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Standard shipping expected within 2-5 days after your order processing is complete. Carrier delays are out of our control.

Can I cancel my order?
No. Once your order is placed the order is non-refundable unless there is an issue on our behalf.

What is your refund policy?
Once your order has been placed your order is final. We do not offer refunds/exchanges under any circumstances unless there is a mistake on our end, in which case we will fix it.

Why do I need to fill out an order authorization form?
To protect our company and customers we have implemented an authorization form for ID verification purposes, which helps us to avoid fraudulent orders. The name on the order MUST match the name on the ID.
